Wondering Where to Find Certified Lab Consumables for Clinical Use?
Laboratory consumables are widely used in university laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, government agencies, third-party testing agencies, chemical industry, scientific research institutes, clinical research and other fields. In the past few decades, laboratory consumables have become one of the essential supplies in various laboratories.
In the fields of clinical diagnosis, drug development and precision medicine, the quality of laboratory consumables directly affects the accuracy of test results and patient safety. With the surge in global demand for standardized and compliant medical products, choosing laboratory consumables that meet international certification has become a core concern for scientific research institutions, medical institutions and biotechnology companies.
As we all know, laboratories are an important base for the work of scientific research and technical personnel, and are the cradle of scientific research results. Choosing high-quality laboratory consumables, optimizing the laboratory working environment, and protecting the health and safety of laboratory staff are the top priorities in the laboratory.
Certified consumables: the cornerstone of clinical research
Advance International Corp, located in Anhui, China, is an industry-leading supplier of laboratory consumables. It has been committed to the research and development and production of laboratory consumables for more than ten years, providing safe and high-quality supporting and services for laboratories. Founded in 2009, it is a medical device company integrating research and development, production, customization and sales.
The company has a standard GMP production workshop, specializing in the production of disposable sterile sampling swabs, disposable sterile medical cotton swabs and related sampling consumables to meet the different needs of sample collection such as nasal, pharyngeal, saliva, cervix, feces, etc. The products are widely used in hospitals, biopharmaceuticals, public security criminal investigation, food, disease control, genetic companies, etc. The entire life cycle of the product is strictly implemented in accordance with the medical device system standards, and has passed ISO13485, ISO9001, IATA, UN3373 and other system certifications.
The biomedical device industry has very high requirements for workshops, and production needs to be carried out under purified environmental conditions. The AIC plant is highly flexible and can be used as a dust-free workshop. At the same time, the floor is equipped with epoxy floor paint, which is environmentally friendly and practical. The dust-free workshop with this infrastructure can ensure the quality of sterile medical devices, control the environment of the sterile medical device production process, and prevent the environment from polluting sterile medical devices.
For many years, we have strictly complied with the overall requirements of QMS (quality management system). Under the standards of GMP (good manufacturing practice),standardized operations are implemented for each process, and quality control runs through the entire process from supply chain to production and shipment. From being rooted in the local market to being exported overseas, AIC has always adhered to the mission of "improving user experience and continuous product innovation" and is committed to becoming the world's leading supplier of laboratory consumables. Through continuous product innovation, it provides medical institutions with reliable testing tools and solutions, thereby achieving accurate diagnosis and making the world healthier.

"Standardized production and supply chain strengthening are the core of cell therapy accessibility. Only consumables that meet the highest certification standards can promote the scale of clinical transformation."
Process innovation: innovation in medical mold manufacturing
In the past decade, China's mold technology has developed particularly rapidly, especially in areas such as Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Taizhou where the electronics industry or plastics industry is developed. There are more and more manufacturers of precision injection molds, and most medical consumables can meet the production technology, but high-quality steel for manufacturing molds is still mainly imported. Some special steels from countries such as Japan and Sweden have better corrosion resistance and hardness.
In terms of medical product design and mold structure design, it is necessary to meet the customer's requirements for product function and adaptability, and to facilitate the processing and manufacturing of injection molds and the process control of injection molding. Product design should be reasonable and accurate. For transparent products, hot runners should be selected as much as possible to reduce the traces of material mixing; when using cold runners, all runner designs should be as short as possible to reduce the aspect ratio of the fluid.
In the processing of parts of medical injection molds, the final precision processing and precision matching are achieved through new technologies such as precision grinding, high-speed machining centers and slow wire cutting; slow work produces fine work, meticulous craftsmanship, and the spirit of craftsmanship of striving for excellence are all reflected in every processing, grinding and matching process.
Since most disposable laboratory consumables are small in size, large in batches, and mostly made of natural plastic materials, in recent years, with the improvement of the domestic mold structure design level, hot runner technology has been increasingly used; the use of hot runner technology can not only reduce material waste, but also shorten the cooling time and injection molding cycle, and use a robot to automatically pick up parts, thereby achieving simultaneous improvement in production efficiency and quality; for example, the polyester (PET) tubes used in vacuum blood collection tubes were basically imported or produced by foreign-funded enterprises in China five years ago.
At present, domestic large-scale automated injection molding production can basically be achieved, which can meet the needs of the next process, and the localization of vacuum blood collection tubes has never been fully realized.
